The dead weight of life.

Anger

Anger, a feeling which all of us experience on a daily basis. It has become the main part of our lives. If I were to describe anger, then anger would be that feeling which makes you hit someone or destroy something. Rage or anger is the most dangerous emotion a man could express. An angry person is like a potential bomb, you never know when and on whom it may blow. And it not only destroys physically but also mentally. Today, Anger has become so prominent in our world that there are courses on anger management for people who are very aggressive and short-tempered. Being short-tempered, as we all know means that the person gets angry on every small incident. But why is that anger has become so protuberant these days?  Why is it harmful for us? And how can we overcome anger and become a peaceful being.

In today’s world the main reason for our increased anger level is the over-exposure to aggressive content in social media or any other entertainment sources. We not only just see those horrific things but sub-consciously inherent those in our mind. This leads to reduce our capability to think in rational manner and enhance the short-temperedness. Right from the early age, we our exposed to contents, in video games or movies, of disturbance which disrupts our peace of mind. Another reason for more anger in people is by the food we eat. In my culture, it is said that we are what we eat. And hence eating highly fried on fast food not only degrades our healthy living but also affects our emotional well-being. Some people might differ from me on this point but this is just what I believe.

Frustration leads to anger and anger leads to aggressive behavior. But do you realize what it costs to your body when you get angry? Some of the side effects of anger are headaches, high blood pressure, and depression even it can cause strokes. But moreover it causes heartbreak and worsens relationships. Its may also cause depression. All this is a tip of the ice-berg, the in-depth effect of anger on human can be searched and seen the adverse effect on us.

The original nature of human being is to live peacefully not demonstrating aggressive behaviour or show anger. Then how can we become the original us? The answer to this lies in within us. We have to stop adopting things we see in movies or videos. We have to maintain a healthy life and take care of us by having healthy habits and by eating properly. We should check if we are getting mad on little things and if so then we should try to prevent it by diverting ourselves whenever we tend to get angry or in serious cases should visit a psychiatrist. To lead a peaceful life should be our main motto. Anger disrupts the peace of mind as well as soul and even ruins social relationships and creates bad effect on the environment around us.

Top best ways to identify a true friend !!

FRIENDS Yesterday, I was watching a movie called, Tag , which was about a group of friends, anyways, the movie touched my heart and made me realise that how important your friends can be in your life. We tend to forget the importance and place of friends in your life in this hectic lifestyle. We have to understand who matters the most and who doesn’t.  We have to prioritize our work schedule as well as our social life. Optimising the social life is equally important as optimising work space. Life is highly influenced and affected by the group of company we keep. There being both positive and negative side to everything, friendship also has its pros and cons. I have seen how people help their friends in need and do anything they can, but also I have seen how a friend can destroy just because they have a grudge and doesn’t show it to you. People wearing mask while being a friend is the worst thing which one could possibly experience. People have to understand whom to cho...

You can!

Dreams Dreaming is an action which is generally done when we sleep. Dreams are the creation of our sub-conscious mind. People tend to see things which may or may not be related at all. It’s a weird thing, but every time a experience a ‘deja-vu’, I always get a sense that I have seen it before in my dreams. I strongly believe that people can have premonitions or some sort of dreams which guide them in their real life. Dream are eccentric. But when talking about dreams or ambitions then these dreams are very much different then what we experience while we are asleep. Dreams or goals which you have are like those priceless jems which can lead you to become a successful person. I should nevertheless forget that not all dreams are approachable or valid, but sometimes we don’t realise the true potential of a dream, and quit it very soon. Just because you can’t think a way of reaching your dream position or destination, it doesn’t mean that those dreams are worthless or not...

Pain & Hard times

Pain & Hard Times Life is journey and you have to keep going. In reality there is no Goal or Destination you can reach in the end of this journey. The only destination is death. But is doesn't mean that we cannot live our lifes to the fullest. We are brought up in such a manner that we tend to believe certain things. Even though those perceptions or norms are not valued to derived by us, we blindly believe them. One of such view of the crowd is that good times and bad times are temporary in nature and its better to leave the hard times on its own as time heals everything. But does time really heals everything or is it the people who heal things? Pain and hard times make you suffer, and most of the time people are unable to handle that. So why is pain so destructive? It all leads to our own self, one can make or destroy oneself. If a person has a wound, he won't leave it by it self to heal because in that way it may heal or the situation may worsen. Similarly, if you...
